Investment in My Services

Investing in my services means investing in yourself.

There is no investment more profoundly impactful then the one that helps you grow.

When you invest in Psychotherapy, LCSW supervision, Wayfinding, Retreats, or private practice mentorship, you’re investing in yourself. You’re saying “I’m worth it.” And you are.

Psychotherapy Services

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

Beginning 11/1/2025 I will no longer be accepting NEW Medicare clients.

Beginning 12/1/2025 I will no longer be seeing clients Out of Network and will no provide superbills for reimbursement.

I will continue to accept United Healthcare/UMR/UBH.

All other new clients will be seen on a private-pay basis using a sliding fee scale when appropriate.

I ask that you undertsand that this shift away from insurance companies allows us more clinical freedom — without the restrictions, limits, or required diagnoses that can come with insurance plans — so we can work in the ways that are most helpful and meaningful rather than what is reimbursable.

“I was introduced to Tracey during a particularly stressful time in my life. I'd been to therapy in the past, and had short term success, so I didn't have very high expectations. Tracey met me where I was, a bit of a hot mess, and never judged me. She helped me work through several issues, including a sudden and unexpected break up. She encouraged me to use art to express what I was going through, and to set goals for the future, which helped immensely. I was comfortable with Tracey. Her office feels like being in your best friend's home; it is very warm and welcoming. I am so thankful that I walked in her door almost 7 years ago. I still see her when life starts to become overwhelming.”
